We are Ron and Esther Dijkhof, the proud owners of this apartment.

The apartment is located in a prime location in beautiful Andalusia. It is located on the 2nd floor (without elevator) and is a 10-minute walk to the beach and the lively La Carihuela. The beautiful harbor of Benalmádena is about a 15-minute walk away. Restaurants, bars and supermarkets can be found in the immediate vicinity. The apartment has 2 bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and will be rented for a maximum of 4 people. The bathroom has a rain shower and toilet. On the beautiful balcony you can enjoy the sun, with a view of the pool and the sea. You can make free use of WIFI, air conditioning and Dutch TV. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, washing machine, induction hob and a Dolce Gusto appliance. You can use the parking space and the communal swimming pool This is not heated but is accessible all year round (unless the municipality decides otherwise)

The apartment complex can be reached via an ascending road to the entrance gate. There is also the option to reach the complex via the stairs.

We do not accept young people under the age of 25 without supervision.
