The cost of renting the apartment depends on the season. In the table below you can find the costs per night in the period in question.

 

PRICE LIST 2026

January, February €80 per night.

March, April €80 per night.

May, June €85 per night.

July, August €130 per night.

September €85 per night.

October, November €80 per night.

December €80 per night.

Holiday season

December 24th to 31st €85 per night.

The additional cleaning costs are € 85,-. This includes kitchen linen, bed linen, towels and beach towels.

 

The deposit is €200, which will be refunded within 7 days of approval at checkout.

Check-in between 9:30 PM and midnight requires a €75 cash deposit per person, payable directly to the key holder. This excludes flight delays after midnight, for which a one-time nightly surcharge of €75 applies.

A welcome tapas platter for 2 people can be booked for an additional €15.00.
