The costs for renting the apartment depend on the season. The table below shows the costs per night in the relevant period.

January, February €75 per night.
March, April, May €80 per night.
June €85 per night.
July, August €130 per night.
September €85 per night.
October €80 per night.
November, December €75 per night.

 

The additional cleaning costs are €85. This includes kitchen linen, bed linen, towels and beach towels.

The deposit is €200, this will be refunded within 7 days after approval at check-out.

For arrivals after 23:00, €65 per person must be paid in cash to the key manager. Arrivals after 00:00 are not possible (except in the case of flight delays).

 

Tapas board €6.50 p.p.

The content of the tapas board varies. It always contains a bottle of water, food, drinks and treats. Drinks are cold upon arrival. If there are any special details, you can indicate this by email.

From 2 months rent, a dog up to max. 10 kg can only be brought along in consultation. A surcharge will apply.
