The cost of renting the apartment depends on the season. In the table below you can find the costs per night in the period in question.

January, February €75 per night.

March, April, May €80 per night.

June €85,- per night.

July, August € 130 per night.

September €85,- per night.

October €80 per night.

November, December €75 per night.

The additional cleaning costs are € 85,-. This includes kitchen linen, bed linen, towels and beach towels.

 

The deposit is € 200, - this will be refunded within 7 days after approval at check-out.

 

Check-in between 21:30 and 23:00 is subject to a cash payment of €75 per person to be paid to the key manager. Check-in after 00:00 is not possible, except in the event of flight delays. A night surcharge of €75 per person applies.

 

Tapas platter €7.00 pp, only bookable upon arrival.

 

From 2 months rent, a dog up to max. 10 kg can only be brought along after consultation. A surcharge will apply.
